Yes. For projects that require permits (structural work, major renovations), we handle the entire permitting process including applications, inspections, and sign-offs. This is included as an optional add-on in our estimates.
We use milestone-based payments: typically 25% deposit to secure scheduling, 50% at project midpoint, and 25% upon completion and your walkthrough approval. We accept cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, and bank transfers.
We can handle everything including material sourcing, or you're welcome to supply your own materials for a reduced labor-only rate. We have relationships with local suppliers and pass along fair pricing with no markups on standard materials.
